What is an aptitude test?
In the selection and recruitment process, aptitude tests can be used to assess a candidate's problem-solving skills, systematic information structuring and ability to learn things effectively. The most commonly used aptitude tests include tasks that measure verbal, numerical and spatial reasoning. Success in the test is enabled by understanding the logic used in the tasks, mastering different task types and active working memory. In addition, the aptitude test may include general knowledge questions, which you can practice, for example, by reading newspapers daily.
